About me

I started to decorate cakes at the age of 16 for friends and family.

They began as simple cakes with flat pictures on and as time went on I have become more and more ambitious with my designs.

Having taught myself many new techniques I find I still elaborate on my original ideas as I am decorating each cake.

The cakes can take anything from two hours to eight hours to produce, so it keeps me out of mischief!
